Every summer the townsfolk of Sant Climent de Peralta relive the traditional harvest and threshing rites in a festival which shows how these typical jobs were done by farm labourers in the past.
The festival is divided into three parts which correspond to planting (December), harvesting (June) and threshing (July).

Several farm workers from the area take part in the show, using traditional farming implements. One of the most spectacular moments is usually the threshing and the building of the haystack. The numerous methods used can be followed in El Cau dels Pins in Sant Climent de Peralta.
